Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of complex civil infrastructure systems, including grading, drainage, and utility networks.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, architects, and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Perform comprehensive site investigations and feasibility studies for diverse land development projects.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and reports for compliance with state and local engineering codes.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff and interns.
- Implement sustainable engineering solutions to minimize environmental impact on all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Colorado licensure or ability to obtain via reciprocity is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in site development, infrastructure, or municipal engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD software.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal building codes and permitting processes.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and successful client communication.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
