Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for large-scale infrastructure developments
- Lead design teams in creating sustainable, code-compliant civil engineering solutions
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (LTA, PUB, URA) for approvals and compliance
- Manage BIM/CAD processes and implement digital engineering workflows
- Conduct site investigations, geotechnical analysis, and risk assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative team environments
- Ensure project adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singaporean infrastructure projects
- PE (Professional Engineer) registration with Singapore Board of Engineers
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and transportation planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM management software
- Strong understanding of Singapore's building codes and green mark standards
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
