Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and surveys to ensure project integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, planners, and construction managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage project lifecycles from conceptualization through final construction closeout.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management and design.
- Proven proficiency in Civil Engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bentley MicroStation, or Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
