Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and prepare technical reports for regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with drafters to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and municipal authorities to obtain necessary project approvals.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in land development or public works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage client expectations.
