Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, coastal protection, and urban renewal
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycle from feasibility to handover
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) and PUB regulations
- Develop sustainable solutions integrating green infrastructure and smart city technologies
- Manage project budgets exceeding $50M and coordinate with government agencies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE certification
- 10+ years experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Expertise in BIM/CIM modeling (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis and foundation design
- Proven track record with large-scale public infrastructure projects
- Singaporean citizenship or PR preferred
- Professional membership of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
