Responsibilities
- Lead the design and review of civil engineering plans, including roads, drainage, and site development.
- Oversee project milestones, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports, cost estimates, and technical specifications for stakeholders.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to local building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid Work Pass for Singapore.
