Responsibilities
- Design and oversee execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, and water systems
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for municipal and private sector clients
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians through project lifecycles
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards
- Develop cost estimates and project schedules using Primavera P6
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure design
- PE license in New York State
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $50M
- Familiarity with NYC DEP and DOT permitting processes
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- LEED AP certification a plus
