Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex civil engineering projects, including site development, grading, and drainage.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and rigorous quality standards.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, clients, and multidisciplinary design teams to secure permits and approvals.
- Perform advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support infrastructure resilience.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and conduct technical reviews of construction documents.
- Oversee construction administration and field inspections to ensure compliance with blueprints and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Colorado, or the ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in land development or municipal infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Demonstrated expertise in local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects on time.
