Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including transportation networks, water systems, and public facilities
- Perform advanced structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders including city officials, contractors, and community representatives
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain design excellence
- Develop sustainable solutions incorporating green infrastructure and climate resilience strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- PE license in Texas with 8+ years of progressive infrastructure experience
- Expertise in transportation planning, stormwater management, and utility coordination
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and construction management software
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with LEED and Envision sustainability frameworks
