Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, coastal protection systems, and smart city utilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, environmental consultants, and construction contractors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and sustainability standards
- Implement advanced BIM workflows for project lifecycle management
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for large-scale civil works
- Manage project budgets exceeding $50M and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent Singapore registration
- Expertise in BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and project management tools
- Proven track record with large-scale public works in urban environments
- Strong understanding of geotechnical analysis and structural design principles
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across project phases
- Fluency in English with proficiency in technical documentation
