Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction supervision.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules using advanced project management software.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and geological assessments to inform engineering designs.
- Present project proposals and progress updates to clients and stakeholders with high-level technical proficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure or heavy construction.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, hydrology, and geotechnical principles.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
