Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee site grading, drainage, utility design, and roadway alignment documentation.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical resources to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with municipal agencies to secure necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead project meetings with stakeholders and client representatives.
- Perform detailed technical reviews of engineering plans, calculations, and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the state of Texas.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in land development or municipal engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and stormwater modeling software.
- Strong understanding of local Houston area zoning and drainage ordinances.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering project teams.
