Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of complex civil infrastructure projects, including site development, grading, and drainage systems.
- Manage project lifecycles from preliminary design through final construction documentation.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical oversight on project deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction adherence to design specifications.
- Utilize advanced modeling software to optimize project cost-efficiency and performance.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to address project challenges proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and stormwater modeling software.
- Proven track record in managing project budgets and complex permitting processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary design teams.
