Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical oversight of multifaceted civil infrastructure projects, including site grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Manage project lifecycles from conceptual planning through to final construction administration.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, surveyors, and environmental consultants.
- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to strict municipal regulations, zoning laws, and safety compliance standards.
- Develop detailed technical reports, engineering calculations, and high-fidelity project specifications.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders during project board meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas or eligibility for reciprocity.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in land development or municipal engineering.
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and stormwater management modeling software.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets and navigating complex permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
