Responsibilities
- Lead the design and project management of complex civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies for permit acquisition and regulatory compliance.
- Perform advanced structural analysis and civil site calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation for quality assurance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and consultant deliverables to ensure high-performance outcomes.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction meets design specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in land development or municipal infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of local Austin building codes and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and client expectations.
