As a key member of our engineering division, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, influence project lifecycles, and deliver high-impact results for our public and private sector clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of complex civil infrastructure, including drainage, grading, and roadway systems.
- Manage project lifecycles from preliminary engineering reports to final construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and sub-consultants to ensure compliance and project success.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers to foster a culture of excellence and technical rigor.
- Oversee construction administration, including site visits, RFI responses, and progress reporting.
- Ensure all project designs align with local, state, and federal codes and environmental standards.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on engineering deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in land development or municipal infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong technical writing and project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company in public forums.
