Responsibilities
- Lead the design and oversight of complex civil engineering infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, architects, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and project alignment.
- Perform advanced structural analysis and civil site design calculations.
- Review and approve construction documentation, specifications, and CAD drawings.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas required.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, site development, or municipal engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and stormwater modeling software.
- Proven expertise in local building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong project management background with a track record of handling multi-million dollar budgets.
