Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of large-scale civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, detailed design specifications, and complex structural calculations.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, environmental consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee site inspections and ensure all construction activities adhere to safety standards and project blueprints.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Utilize advanced modeling software to simulate load-bearing capabilities and environmental impact assessments.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and present project updates to municipal authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure design and construction.
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and structural analysis software.
- Deep understanding of municipal codes, zoning laws, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and complex problem-solving abilities.
