You will lead multidisciplinary teams, leverage cutting-edge BIM technologies, and ensure our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and project management of large-scale infrastructure projects, including roadways, drainage, and utility networks.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and site analysis to ensure structural integrity and code compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, local authorities, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to construction.
- Supervise junior engineering staff, providing technical mentorship and quality control reviews.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, permit applications, and construction specifications.
- Represent the firm in client meetings and regulatory hearings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure or municipal engineering.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex drainage and earthwork projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
- Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and environmental regulations.
