Responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of complex civil engineering projects including site development, grading, and drainage systems.
- Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies through construction administration.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies to secure permits and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster technical excellence.
- Perform advanced structural and hydraulic calculations using industry-standard software.
- Oversee site inspections and ensure quality control benchmarks are strictly met.
- Drive sustainable design initiatives across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil site design and infrastructure project management.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong background in local zoning ordinances, stormwater management, and erosion control.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent technical writing and project documentation skills.
