Responsibilities
- Lead the design and oversight of complex civil engineering infrastructure projects.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, and budget control.
- Conduct site investigations and analyze survey reports, maps, and other technical data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.
- Review and stamp engineering drawings and technical reports.
- Implement sustainable design strategies for urban development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in land development or municipal infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong understanding of local zoning, drainage, and permitting requirements in Houston.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
