Responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of complex civil infrastructure and site development projects.
- Perform detailed site analysis, drainage, and utility coordination to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet rigorous client expectations.
- Coordinate with sub-consultants, contractors, and city planning departments to streamline project workflows.
- Conduct quality control reviews of construction documents, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing technical leadership and project updates.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative environment focused on professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in land development or municipal engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of local municipal codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
