As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from initial feasibility studies to final execution and handover. Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Site Management: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Technical Design: Develop detailed construction drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, BCA regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in infrastructure projects.
- Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Singapore Building Code (BCA) and construction methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
