Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale site civil and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, environmental scientists, and urban planners.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and cost estimations.
- Oversee permit acquisition and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage project lifecycles from concept through to final construction observation.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and foster a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
- Represent the company in client meetings and regulatory hearings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas is strictly required.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in civil site design and land development.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Demonstrated expertise in drainage, utilities, and roadway design.
- Strong project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and under budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
