Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to strict regulatory standards.
- Manage site operations, including supervision of contractors, subcontractors, and on-site staff.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, geological assessments, and material testing to ensure project integrity.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, construction plans, and comprehensive cost estimates for stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with architects, urban planners, and government bodies to align project goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on all job sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Chartered status (MICE or CEng) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in civil infrastructure, structural design, or highways.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
