Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and prepare technical reports for site development and drainage.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams including surveyors, designers, and sub-consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal agencies and stakeholders for permit approvals.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
- Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of continuous technical improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas required.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in land development or municipal infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD software.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets and complex permitting processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead project meetings and client presentations.
