Responsibilities
- Lead the design and oversight of complex civil engineering infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies for permit acquisition and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance on drainage, grading, and utility systems.
- Perform advanced structural and hydraulic modeling using industry-leading software.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of safety and precision.
- Review construction documents for quality assurance and technical accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in land development or municipal infrastructure projects.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong understanding of local zoning laws and Houston-area municipal codes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
