Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and technical execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including environmental, structural, and mechanical engineers.
- Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies through to final construction oversight.
- Ensure full compliance with local municipal codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance during critical project phases.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and present progress reports to municipal partners.
- Optimize project workflows using advanced CAD and BIM modeling software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- 7+ years of professional experience in civil infrastructure design and construction management.
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and storm water management software.
- Strong background in site development, grading, utility design, and drainage analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical requirements and client needs.
