Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and design phase for large-scale municipal infrastructure and commercial site developments.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Oversee permit applications, regulatory compliance, and coordination with local governing agencies.
- Direct technical teams and junior engineers, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and comprehensive technical reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, environmental scientists, and urban planners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure design or site development.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and stormwater modeling software.
- Deep understanding of municipal codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
