Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical oversight of large-scale municipal infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, environmental consultants, and urban planners.
- Perform advanced structural and hydraulic analysis to ensure project integrity and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Oversee on-site construction progress to ensure adherence to engineering blueprints.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and project feasibility studies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; state of Texas preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure or site development.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of local municipal codes and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing engagements.
