Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical oversight of complex civil engineering infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure project alignment.
- Perform advanced structural analysis and land development feasibility studies.
- Review and stamp engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and stringent project timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on site inspections and reporting.
- Implement sustainable engineering solutions to meet evolving environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas or eligibility for reciprocity.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in urban infrastructure or civil design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Deep understanding of municipal permitting processes and regulatory codes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
- Proven track record of delivering high-stakes engineering projects on time and under budget.
