Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale municipal civil engineering projects.
- Manage project lifecycles from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and oversee technical report preparation.
- Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project compliance.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and conduct technical design reviews.
- Utilize advanced modeling software to optimize infrastructure performance.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the state of Texas.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in land development or infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, and StormCAD.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, project timelines, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
