As a key member of our engineering division, you will lead complex projects from initial site analysis through to successful construction completion, working alongside industry experts to deliver sustainable, innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of complex civil engineering projects including land development, drainage, and utility networks.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, detailed design drawings, and construction specifications using Civil 3D.
- Coordinate seamlessly with regulatory agencies, clients, and multidisciplinary design teams to ensure project alignment.
- Perform advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support infrastructure resilience.
- Mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and technical rigor.
- Conduct on-site inspections and provide construction administration support to ensure code compliance.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet stringent quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in land development or municipal engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, StormCAD).
- Strong knowledge of local municipal codes, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
