Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of complex civil infrastructure and site development projects.
- Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies through construction administration.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Ensure all project designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, project budgets, and construction schedules.
- Lead client presentations and project meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in civil site design and infrastructure development.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong understanding of land development regulations, zoning, and permitting processes in Houston/Texas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of effective client relationship management.
