Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual and detailed design of complex civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, government agencies, and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
- Perform advanced structural and hydraulic analysis using state-of-the-art modeling software.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Oversee construction administration, including site inspections and contractor management.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and strict adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in civil site development or heavy infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong background in drainage, grading, and utility infrastructure design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
