Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and engineering processes for large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with local government agencies, architects, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and project alignment.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and technical reviews for drainage, utilities, and roadway design.
- Utilize advanced CAD and BIM software to produce high-precision construction documents.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and interns.
- Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and adherence to blueprints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in civil site development or municipal infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, and HEC-RAS modeling.
- Deep understanding of municipal codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing engagements.
