Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical oversight of complex land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with local government agencies to ensure full regulatory compliance and permitting.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for large-scale urban developments.
- Perform complex hydraulic, hydrologic, and structural calculations.
- Review engineering plans, specifications, and reports for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead project meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and infrastructure project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of local municipal building codes and zoning ordinances.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing presentations.
