Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex urban infrastructure, including transportation networks and site development projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform advanced structural and hydraulic modeling using industry-leading software.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure peak efficiency.
- Ensure all engineering designs adhere to local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct rigorous site inspections and quality control audits throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous technical improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas is mandatory.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in civil infrastructure or site development.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam.
- Strong command of local zoning codes, land development ordinances, and environmental impact assessments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings and technical presentations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar capital improvement projects.
