Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale municipal and commercial infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, environmental scientists, and urban planners.
- Oversee site analysis, feasibility studies, and complex structural calculations.
- Ensure project compliance with state and federal regulations, safety standards, and local zoning laws.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation for accuracy and quality.
- Manage client relationships and facilitate project updates through all phases of development.
- Utilize advanced CAD/BIM software to deliver high-precision engineering models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current PE (Professional Engineer) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in land development or heavy civil infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HEC-RAS modeling.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets and navigating public agency permitting processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
