Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of complex civil engineering projects, including site grading, drainage, and utility networks.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams including surveyors and environmental specialists.
- Represent the firm in meetings with municipal authorities, stakeholders, and community representatives.
- Perform quality assurance reviews on construction documents and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in land development or municipal infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, and HEC-RAS modeling software.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, permitting processes, and regional design standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects from conceptual phase to construction completion.
