As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive project excellence from conceptual design through construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale municipal infrastructure projects including water, sewage, and roadway systems.
- Supervise multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and oversee the preparation of detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with local government agencies, stakeholders, and utility providers to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of high-performance and continuous technical improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure design and land development.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD software packages.
- Proven expertise in local, state, and federal regulatory compliance and permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse engineering teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and effective verbal/written communication skills.
