Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate with government agencies, utility companies, and stakeholders for project approvals.
- Oversee site inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and modeling using industry-standard software.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and permit applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Current PE (Professional Engineer) license in the State of Texas.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in civil design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
