Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle design of complex site development and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and environmental consultants.
- Perform advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for urban drainage systems.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical drawings for precision and quality.
- Engage in client-facing presentations and project status reporting.
- Ensure all engineering outputs align with local zoning laws and international safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas or eligibility for reciprocity.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in site civil design or municipal infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong understanding of local stormwater management regulations and municipal codes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical project meetings.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar capital improvement projects.
