Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical oversight of large-scale municipal infrastructure projects.
- Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies to final construction documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, environmental consultants, and local contractors.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure strict adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in site development, drainage, or transportation engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage complex budget requirements.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulatory permitting processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
