Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, environmental scientists, and urban planners.
- Oversee site inspections and ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet key milestones.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and site design documentation for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineering staff to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Liaise with municipal authorities to secure necessary permits and ensure project alignment with local ordinances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university; Master’s preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, roadway, or land development design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and modern project management software.
- Deep understanding of local building codes and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects from conception to completion.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical clients.
