Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Perform advanced site analysis, drainage design, and utility coordination.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical knowledge sharing across departments.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, public hearings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Review and stamp design documents, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in site development or municipal engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong understanding of local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead high-stakes client negotiations.
