Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale municipal infrastructure, including roads, drainage, and utility networks.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and modeling to ensure compliance with local and state standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to streamline project workflows.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control audits to ensure construction adheres to safety and design specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster professional growth and team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in civil site development or municipal engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and advanced hydraulic modeling software.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental impact assessment requirements.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
