Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and analysis of civil engineering projects, including roadways, bridges, drainage systems, and utilities.
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful on-time delivery.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, coordinate with subcontractors, and liaise with government agencies for permits.
- Ensure all engineering designs strictly adhere to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and feasibility studies for new infrastructure initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in civil design and project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bentley MicroStation, or Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and LEED certification standards.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
