Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and water systems.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and prepare detailed technical reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize BIM and CAD software to model complex infrastructure systems.
- Implement sustainable design principles to minimize environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s with significant experience considered).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in civil design and project management.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
