Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to blueprints and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, surveyors, and contractors.
- Ensure full compliance with UK building regulations, health and safety laws (e.g., CDM Regulations), and environmental standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, calculations, and tender documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the UK construction sector.
- Chartered status (MICE or FIStructE) or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis tools.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK work authorization is required.
